Information we receive

When you book a call or contact Mnday Labs, we may receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, and business context.

AI Readiness Check

When you submit the AI Readiness Check form, we store your name, email, optional website, business and workflow answers (including reported revenue and team size), readiness score and report, and follow-up preference in our Supabase database. We use them to provide your report and prepare relevant conversations. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately. Resend delivers your requested report summary and private report link by email and reports delivery or failure status. If you provide a website, public pages may be researched through Exa and Firecrawl to make the report more relevant. Hosting is provided by Vercel. PostHog analytics is enabled by default to measure website visits, form progress, successful submissions, private-report engagement, and privacy-safe sales milestones without receiving your contact details or raw answers. For a consented submission, we store its anonymous analytics identifier and limited campaign tags so report engagement on another device and later CRM milestones can be attributed to that submission. The private report does not load browser analytics. You can turn analytics off using Analytics preferences in the website footer. We remember and respect that choice.

Visitor tracking

Our customer relationship system at crm.mndaylabs.ai records visits to our public pages, so an enquiry can be connected to the pages that led to it. It runs on mndaylabs.com only. It does not run on private report pages. The Analytics preferences control in the footer turns website analytics off; it does not turn this visitor tracking off. To ask for your visit records to be deleted, email hello@mndaylabs.com.

How it is used

We use this information to respond, prepare for conversations, provide requested services, improve delivery, and meet legal or security obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Booking, email, hosting, analytics, and delivery providers may process limited information on our behalf. Their access should be limited to what is required to provide the service.
