What we collect
When you book a call, contact us, or complete the AI Readiness Check: your name, email, company, optional website, your answers (including revenue range and team size), and your report. When you visit our public pages: visit records and, if you allow them, website analytics.
Why we use it
To answer you, hold calls, and send the report you ask for (steps you request before a contract). To run and improve our services and to connect an enquiry to the pages that led to it (our legitimate interests). For analytics and marketing emails, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. To meet legal obligations.
Service providers
TidyCal (booking), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Slack (internal notifications), and our CRM at crm.mndaylabs.ai. For Readiness Check reports: OpenRouter (AI model access), and Exa and Firecrawl (research of a website you give us). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Where data is stored
We are based in the United States, and most of our providers process data in the US. For EU clients, project data can be hosted in the EU, depending on the client and the project. When personal data from the EU is transferred to the US, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Call, contact, and Readiness Check data: up to 24 months after our last contact. Analytics data: up to 12 months. Client project data: as the client contract says. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, and to restrict or object to its use. In the EU or UK, you can also ask for a copy in a portable format and complain to your data protection authority. Email hello@mndaylabs.com. We reply within 30 days.
Analytics and tracking
Turn website analytics off with Analytics preferences in the footer. Our CRM at crm.mndaylabs.ai records visits to public pages, so an enquiry can be connected to the pages that led to it. Analytics preferences does not turn this visitor tracking off. If you allow analytics and then submit the Readiness Check, we store its anonymous analytics ID and campaign tags with your submission, so later report visits and sales steps can be linked to it. Private report pages load neither analytics nor visitor tracking. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. To have your visit records deleted, email hello@mndaylabs.com.
Sale of data
We do not sell personal information.
